By using Tele-Flow, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Tele-Flow provides a platform for creating, managing and deploying Telegram bots with AI support. The platform includes: bot creation and configuration, integration with Groq and other LLMs, analytics, user management and other developer tools.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: To use the Platform, you must register and create an account.

Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account.

Prohibited Actions: You may not share your credentials with others or use other people's accounts.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time through profile settings.

4. Platform Usage

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.

Prohibited:

  • Use bots for spam, phishing, malware or other illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems
  • Overload servers with frequent requests (DoS attacks)
  • Collect or transmit personal data without consent
  • Violate copyright or intellectual property
  • Create bots that violate Telegram's policy

5. Intellectual Property

Platform, its design, features and content (except user content) are the property of Tele-Flow. You may not copy, distribute or use these materials without permission.

The Platform is provided 'as is' without any warranties. Tele-Flow is not responsible for:

Free Tier: Basic features are available for free indefinitely.

Paid Tiers: Additional features require payment according to the selected tier.

Billing: Payments are processed automatically according to the selected period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are issued according to the refund policy.

8. Access Revocation

We reserve the right to disable or block your access if:

  • You violate these terms
  • Your actions threaten Platform security
  • You use bots for illegal purposes

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, add or remove Platform features at any time. We will notify you of changes that may affect your use.
